Web Developer Internship

Transcriptic is a robotic cloud laboratory for the life sciences. We design, build, own, and operate an automated cell and molecular biology lab that scientists from all over the world use remotely over the internet. We are "cloud computing" for experimental biology: we enable "labless" biotech companies in the same way that software companies no longer build their own infrastructure. Our mission is to move biology to an information science. To do this, we need software engineers that can build an interface to a highly complex robotic cloud system.

Web developers are responsible for many things at Transcriptic:

  • Web UIs that show a scientist the life cycle of their experiment executing on Transcriptic -- launching an experiment, tracking progress, visualizing results, and more. 显示科学家在Transcriptic上执行的实验生命周期的Web UI - 启动实验，跟踪进度，可视化结果等等。

Basic Qualifications

  • You need to have some experience as either a front end or back end developer 您需要具备一些前端或后端开发人员的经验

  • Experience in the sciences
  • A history of working on production software projects or OSS. Operations support systems(OSS)
